Product description

The Gutting machine cuts automatically the head of the fish and opens the abdominal wall. All residues are removed by a suction system and the abdomen is cleaned with a rotating, rinsing brush. The capacity is approx. 1600 fish per hour, according to the size of the fish.

Can be used for the following fish:

Whitefish, Crucian Carp, Perch, Trout and fish with a similar form. size is approx 60-160g depending to the sort of fish.
