Rake cleaner

Our Rakes are very helpful for improving the water quality in the fish waters. They retrieve leaves, twigs and branches from the inlet water. Those materials cannot reach the ponds and contaminate the water. Also there is no need to manually clean the inlet grilles. The Rake installation is available in two versions:

By means of a hydraulically powered bar with fingers (comb), that are passed through the spaces of the rake, any material is lifted off and deposited in a gutter. With a hydraulically actuated broom that swipes the material upwards into the gutter. The installation is equipped with a time and level control; A combination of the two is also available.

In addition to the rakes a transport system which clears the gutters and feed the material back into the water circulation is available.
The rakes are constructed to the needed dimensions. They are available made of zinc-plated steel or stainless steel.
The rakes are completely wired in a switchbox and the hydraulic unit is ready to use.
