Paddlewheel Aerator O2
been developed by AGK based on the two-wheeled paddlewheel aerator and has been tested under the
most demanding of conditions. The latest development deliberately avoids the weak points inherent in
other well-known products. For example there is no oxygen loss through the shaft bearings. The special
shape of the oxygen cover prevents leakage of oxygen. Even bubbles of oxygen are prevented from
forming and ascending to the surface. Therefore loss is kept to a minimum. The equipment was
designed in order to keep the lifetime costs, i.e. the sum of purchase and operating costs (energy and
maintenance spending) to a minimum. This is achieved with the AGK paddlewheel O2 injection
systems’s long service life and the high degree of effectiveness.
