The compressors should be installed in an elevated, covered and protected place up to 1 m above the maximum water level. Solid bodies and particles may not be aspirated. Hence it is advisable to connect a filter to the inlet.
It is essential to provide correct electrical connections as water may otherwise be sucked through the blower.
