The top quality, highly effective alternative with a worm drive made in Germany. The AGK paddlewheel
aerator has been developed by AGK and has been tested under the most demanding of conditions. This
product also avoids the weak points inherent in other well-known products. This new generation of
paddlewheel aerators does not need any additional bearings of the paddlewheel shaft, it is solely
suspended by the drive. Thus the number of wear-prone component is reduced while friction is reduced
and the mechanical efficiency is improved. The equipment was designed in order to keep the lifetime
costs, i.e. the sum of purchase and operating costs (energy and maintenance spending) to a minimum.
This is achieved with the AGK paddlewheel’s long service life and the high degree of effectiveness even
with a worm drive.
